Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A1: We are a trading company but our price is even cheaper than many factories. We attach great importance to product quality and cost-effectiveness. So in the past 10 years, we have eliminated many unqualified factories and retained many high-quality factories with stable quality and the cheapest price.
Q2: Can you provide free samples?
A2: For the first cooperation, we need to charge the sample fee. After the batch order is confirmed, the sample fee can be refunded.
Q3: What is the delivery date?
A3: RTS project: 7-15 days, customized project: 15-30 days. We will deliver the goods as soon as possible with guaranteed quality.
Q4: Can I get the catalog from your company?
A4: Of course, please tell us what product you are looking for and provide more information. We will send you the catalog according to your requirements, including the minimum order quantity and price range.
Q5: How should I order and pay?
A5: For sample orders, T/T 100% sample cost before production; For batch orders, T/T30% deposit before production scheduling and 70% balance of T/T before shipment.
